A: We are a professional manufacturer of steel furniture like Filing cabinet, Storage cabinet, Book shelf, Metal shelving, Metal racks etc.
Q: What's your trading terms?
1)Payment terms: T/T 30% deposit after order confirmed, 70% balance before loading. L/C also available.
2) Lead time: 15-20 days after payment received.
3) Sample: samples are always available for each model. Samples can be ready in 7-15 days once payment received.
4) Shipping port: Qingdao port or as required
5) OEM and ODM are acceptable.
Q: Do you have the test and audit service?
A: Yes, we support third party audits and we can assist in obtaining specified product test reports and specified factory audit reports.
Q: What's your after-sale service?
A: We offer a five-year warranty, and we can provide warranty service as long as the problem occurs within five years under reasonable use circumstances.
Q: How could I install the products?
We would provide the detailed install drawing to teach you how to install the products. we can also offer a remote installation guidance service. If needed, we could provide free engineer to teach you to install, but related cost ( flight, living and eating) should be in your charge.
